"I recently reached out to get a quote on adding a homeowner’s policy to the bundle I currently have with this agency. Jim’s agency would only respond to me by text message, even after I called multiple times and requested to talk over the phone. The representative I spoke to was Kathleen. It took over a week to get my quote, with no explanation of the coverages, bundle discounts, etc. I also expressed to the representative that my father recently passed away and I inherited his home, which is why I was looking for additional coverage. The representative was very cold and did not express any type of condolence for my loss, and still would not speak to me over the phone. I since haven’t heard anything else from them on whether or not I’m interested in the quote I was given. They are obviously not interested in keeping my business or in having good customer service. I had been with State Farm for around 15+ years and have had good customer service until now. If I ever return to State Farm it will NOT be with this agency."
