"I been with state farm for about 3yrs now and have not had any issues they have treated us good and resolved our claims with little to no hassle, we dis have an issue with our homeowners policy but Andrea resolved it for us and was very nice. I would recommend state farm to my friend and family"

"I will never recommend state farm to any one. Jim became an agent during my 2 year claim battle with state farm. He claimed he would help as part of the battle was for building code, in which he claims he was part of writing. However, instead of up holding it, I had to contact the city myself to get my claim held. I do not recommend"

But as you mention, your policies were part of another office when this problem occurred. The agent in that office passed away and I tried to do what I could but this office had nothing to do with that claim. Again, sorry things did not work out and I hope you are taking additional steps we discussed. "
