I am asked by many potential customers why should they choose Jim Hallam and State Farm?

With over 100 years of combined experience, we not only are knowledgeable about insurance, but we are very good at it -- and even enjoy it! Professional and dedicated are words that describe many insurance offices – certainly our 7 licensed team members fit that description – but beyond a well-trained and experienced team, we all love what we do. And passion brings out a new level of caring. Even if we can’t help from an insurance perspective, we will find some way to make your situation better. Everyone knows when you love what you do, you naturally do it better. You smile. You are energetic. You work a little past the end of the day because someone is expecting a call back. That’s us.

When I say I'm a good neighbor & will be there for you, it’s not just a slogan. I have been on many roofs reviewing hail damage and more wet basements than I can remember -- all proving that my job is to be there when you need me. And I do it with passion, a smile, and a purpose to serve. When my wife & I moved to Lee’s Summit in 1995, we both fell in love with the community – it’s a great place to live, work, and help others. I was blessed to serve on city council for 12 years and help with many charities. We sponsor several school events and clubs like robotics and after school programs. I think helping Lee’s Summit and greater KC folks is truly fun. There are no nicer or caring people -- it is really an honor to call my customers my friends. I want to specifically give a shout out to Coldwater of Lees Summit and Whiteman Air Force Base Community Council since those two groups hold a special place in my life.

Helping 1000s of customers with their financial services is a huge responsibility I take seriously. It helps to be with Sate Farm – the leader in bringing you the latest in services – including great discounts! My vow to you - potential customers, current customer, or just a local resident - is to be responsive to your needs and never stop working to help make your life better. Life is good – be happy!
